1. Subject Matter and Duration

This agreement sets out the framework for MarkRum's processing of personal data on behalf of our clients in the provision of digital marketing services, SEO, and analytics. Processing will continue for the duration of the Master Services Agreement.

2. Nature and Purpose of Processing

Data is processed strictly for the purpose of executing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing web traffic, evaluating campaign performance (ROAS), and optimizing targeting parameters as instructed by the Data Controller.

3. Security of Processing

MarkRum implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, including pseudonymisation and encryption of personal data where applicable.

4. Sub-processors

The Controller authorizes MarkRum to engage sub-processors (such as cloud hosting providers and marketing platforms like Google and Meta) necessary for the delivery of the services, provided they are bound by equivalent data protection obligations.
